A year down the line from Perle System's acquisition of Zeta Communications' voice and data router range, Zeta buys back the marketing, sales and support rights.
Perle has integrated elements of the technology into its own remote access product range but, following corporate repositioning, the Voice over IP focus of the Zeta product range did not fit into Perle's global strategy. Zeta therefore jumped at the opportunity to pick up the reigns again and promote this innovative product range.
Dick Pole, Zeta's managing director commented, "We concentrate on manufacturing and in order to ensure optimum sales and support levels for our customers, we have formed a partnership with Lde Limited. Lde's customers have been using Zeta products in their networks for many years. Lde therefore has considerable experience of the technology and has also successfully and consistently supplied the service levels demanded by users."

Support - Lde has over 12 years experience of installing and maintaining Zeta products in complex networks. They offer tailored support geared to individual customer requirements, from dial-in Help Desk to the 24 hours a day, 365 days a year cover demanded by an airport services client- with an average fix time of less than half an hour. Another of the Zeta product-based networks managed by Lde offers a minimum guaranteed 99.95% uptime. This impressive record, plus the ability to cover the whole of the UK, ensures an exemplary service for customers that include RMC, Gatwick Airport and CPL Petroleum.
Sales - Zeta product sales will continue to be handled by an experienced and technically competent team, able to advise on the best and most cost-effective product to meet the network requirement.
