Annual contract based on the list price of the equipment covered. Support consists of field service, telephone support and dial-in support using modem kit which is incorporated in the price. Four hour response time (UK only).
Dial-in support including 4 hours engineering time prepaid. Green Level Support incorporates a stand alone modem (preprogrammed with AT commands) and interface cable. Eight hour response time. Top-up engineering support available in four hour modules.
Dealer support module with 8 hours engineering time prepaid. Sites to be supported must be logged with Zeta@Lde's Help Desk. Modem kit not included. Eight hour response time. Top-up engineering support available in 4-hour modules. Modem kit (preprogrammed with AT commands) and interface cable also available.
Telephone Support
Free telephone support on all products for 30 days from date of invoice (customers outside the UK receive free support for 3 months from date of invoice). 48 hour response time.
Site Visit
Zeta@Lde engineer to attend the customer's site for the purposes of troubleshooting, installation, upgrading, network design, network analysis, etc.
Repairs
In-warranty and non-warranty Dead On Arrival (DOA) - units that fail within 3 months of date of invoice will be replaced immediately, free of charge.

Two Year Warranty
Zeta@Lde warrants that its products are free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery. Zeta@Lde's sole obligation under this warranty shall be limited to correcting without charge, at its factory, any parts thereof which shall be returned to its factory, transportation prepaid and which, upon examination by Zeta@Lde shall be disclosed to have been originally defective . If Zeta@Lde determines that the product is not defective within the terms of this warranty, the Buyer shall pay Zeta@Lde the cost of all transportation and repair at the then prevailing Zeta@Lde repair rates. This warranty does not apply to any Zeta@Lde equipment that has been subject to neglect, misuse, improper installation and maintenance or accident. Zeta@Lde shall not be liable for loss or damage other than above stated, whether ordinary or exemplary, caused either directly or indirectly by use of this product. This warranty supersedes and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability. No other liabilities may be assumed unless expressly authorised in writing by Zeta@Lde.
